Returns

Please contact our customer service team at 866-328-9375 and ask for the online customer service team. To facilitate both our records keeping, the email is preferred.

Returns require receipt or proof of purchase.

What is acceptable for Return:

  • Wrong product shipped
  1. Menzies Metal Products will assume full responsibility.
  2. Immediate notification is required (within 5 days upon receiving the product).
  3. Validation of incorrect product will be required.
  • Damaged product due to shipping
  1. Menzies Metal Products will handle shipping claims and replace the product.
  2. Pictures of the damage will be required.
  3. Immediate notification is required (within 5 days upon receiving the product).
  • Product Return due to customer ordering the wrong product or any other reason
  1. Shipping will be paid by customer.
  2. Customer will pay a 15% Re Stocking Fee (fee may be waived if replacement product is ordered immediately).
  3. Product must be in resalable condition.
  4. Credit for return will be given AFTER product is returned and inspected.
  5. Credit will be issued for the original order & separate order required for the replacement.
  6. Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

A product Return Authorization is required for all returns. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number on the package. The Return Authorization number and a product return label will be sent via email.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. No refunds will be approved before our inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Download Return Goods Authorization Form  PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY GOODS WITHOUT MENZIES WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. GOODS RETURNED WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.
