All of us at Menzies Metal Products take our responsibility to serve our community very seriously as we know our customers depend on us, especially this time of crisis. With Covid19 evolving daily, we are continually evaluating what we must do to meet the needs of our customers while also keeping our community and employees safe.

Beginning Tuesday March 24, 2020, we are making some changes on how we do business. All branches will remain open. This letter applies to Surrey branch ONLY. Other branches have their own policies.

All orders will be taken either by phone or email only. No walk in customers.

- Credit Card payments will be processed by phone only
Order pick up will be done through our shipping office with limited interaction with our shipping employees.
- When you arrive please honk or call the office at (604) 530 – 0712.
- We will load your order and bring the paperwork to you.
- No on site payment will be processed. All payments should be done during the order taking by phone.
We can also deliver your order within the lower mainland. Please ask our salesperson for details.

Due to the added requirements and short staff, wait times may be longer than normal.
